Holding a PhD in Physiological Sciences (Neuroscience), Doug has spent his career translating complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies that accelerate decision-making at the executive level.

His career combines senior leadership roles across academia and the biopharmaceutical industry with entrepreneurial experience in startup biopharma and the founding and operation of small businesses and nonprofit organizations.
